The ZCITY Sdn Bhd ('the Company'), 'ZCITY' and 'RAHMAH' Initiative Package starting on 25th July 2023 (“Sales Period”) or any such other date(s) as may be determined by the Company in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time without prior notice in whatever manner mode of communication as the Company deems fit.
2.	All entries must be registered users with email verification from ZCITY App. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and above.
3.	HOW TO JOIN Step 1: Register your email with the Company’s ZCITY app; Step 2: Verify your email address in your user profile in “Account” page; Step 3: Tap on RAHMAH Package icon or app banner; Step 4: Tap on 'View More Packages' and you will be directed to RAHMAH Packages selection page; Step 5: Select your preferred RAHMAH Package; Step 6: Mix and match items from each selection to create your RAHMAH Package; Step 7: Complete the checkout process by making the payment. Step 8: The reward will be credited to your ZCITY account immediately.
4.	This Campaign is on a first-come first-served basis. The Company reserves the right to amend, vary and modify the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
5.	Each user is only entitled to make one mixed and matched purchase from each selection(s).
6.	The Company may at any time at its sole discretion, substitute any voucher with any form of a similar value.
7.	All the item(s) or voucher(s) received from RAHMAH Package are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and can’t be redeemed for cash.
8.	Images of Prizes shown in any promotional materials, advertisements or other materials relating to this campaign are solely for illustration purposes only and may not depict the actual prizes.
9.	The Company reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the RAHMAH Package, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of ZCITY shall be final.
10.	These Terms & Conditions are valid during the campaign period until amended or suspended by the Organizer.
11.	ZCITY acknowledges and agrees that Apple Inc. is not obligated to provide any maintenance or service support in regard to ZCITY RAHMAH Package.
12.	ZCITY acknowledges that ZCITY, and not Apple Inc., is responsible for addressing any claims that you or any third party may have in relation to ZCITY RAHMAH.
